Today is Valentine’s Day, as we all know. Despite my jokes last night, I largely think that this ‘holiday’ is a bit of a joke and essentially a marketing ploy. We’ve all seen the garbage man episode of the Simpsons, featuring the made up “Love Day”, right? Yeah, that is pretty much my sentiments.
Having said that and completely contradicting myself, I guess I’m probably a bit of a soppy tit. I’ve not experienced the ‘good side’ of Valentine’s Day and as such my view is probably a bit biased, but I feel that it may be nice to be on the other side for once.
Now accepting candidates for the remaining hours of this day and/or 2013.
