Good/Bad News
The bad news is that I didn’t get to sleep until about 6am last night, and woke up at 12pm (and dozed off until about 1pm). I had a shower at around 3pm, and they always make me feel drousy afterwards. And tonight, I likely won’t be going to sleep until after 4am again.

Hayfever
My eyes have been sore the last few days. Now they feel heavy, but not in a tired way. My nose is blocked but still feels runny. And I’ve started to sneeze. I looked in the mirror and around my eyes, mouth and nose my skin is slightly red.

Every year in Cardiff we have the “Big Weekend” carnival type thing, where loads of rides and amusements come and park around Cathays Park from Friday to Sunday, and in front of City Hall there is a free concert each day.
